Ladies' tee-time with Coe
Seb Coe was a notable absentee from last week's Sports Industry
Awards at which London 2012 was voted sports brand of the year and his
deputy chairman Keith Mills sports business person of the year. Coe
had a more pressing engagement addressing the lady members at
Ranfurly Castle Golf Club at the invitation of Lady Rosemary
Reedie, the wife of the former BOA chairman Craig. Coe's attendance
was by way of thanking Lady R for her sterling work in keeping IOC
members' wives occupied while London lobbied for their votes.
